What we offer

Therapies Used

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on the central nervous system and the body's craniosacral system. This therapy helps relieve tension and restore balance, allowing your body to heal itself.

Ideal for anyone experiencing stress, headaches, or chronic pain, this approach nurtures deep relaxation and enhances overall well-being.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams — about the weight of a nickel — practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease.

Myofascial Release

Our Myofascial Release therapy offers change in your fascia — the net of connective tissue that runs throughout your body.

Fascia is a specialized system of the body that has an appearance similar to a spider's web or a sweater. It is very densely woven, covering and interpenetrating every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein, as well as all of our internal organs including the heart, lungs, brain and spinal cord.

Trauma, inflammatory responses, and surgical procedures create myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain-sensitive structures. This work releases those restrictions, allowing the body to return to its natural state of ease and movement.

Conditions Addressed

  • Cervical pain
  • Back pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Scoliosis
  • Neurological dysfunction
  • Restriction of motion
  • Chronic pain
  • Headaches
  • Pelvic pain
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Lymphatic Stimulation

Lymphatic Stimulation therapy enhances your immune system and aids in detoxification through specialized techniques that encourage lymph flow.

This treatment is beneficial for those recovering from surgery, experiencing chronic fatigue, or seeking to boost their overall health. Experience a gentle yet powerful way to rejuvenate your body.

The lymphatic system is a critical part of the immune system, vital for protecting us from illness and damaging, disease-causing inflammation. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish or blocked — due to surgery, illness, or chronic stress — gentle stimulation techniques restore healthy flow, supporting recovery and overall vitality.

By promoting body awareness and healthy movement patterns, this therapy helps you understand how your body compensates and adapts — and how to guide it back toward optimal function.

Sessions are tailored to your specific movement challenges and goals, whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence in daily life.
