Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at integerbodycare.com or using any services provided by Integer Body Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Integer Body Care provides complementary wellness services including body recovery therapy, cranial sacral therapy, kinesiology, and mind body coaching. These services are provided by Vickey Schmadeka, a licensed Kinesiologist and certified Mind Body Coach.

Our services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Jane App) or by contacting us directly. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate health information relevant to your care.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Mind & Body Coaching Program — Special Terms

The Mind & Body Coaching introductory program consists of 4 sessions that must be completed within 1 month of the program start date. By enrolling in this program, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Extensions: The 1-month completion window cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• No Refunds: All payments for the Mind & Body Coaching program are final. No refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed, regardless of whether all sessions are completed.
• Commitment Required: You must be prepared and willing to commit to all 4 sessions prior to enrolling. Enrollment constitutes your agreement to these terms.
• Forfeiture: Sessions not completed within the 1-month window are forfeited without refund or credit.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Prices for services are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Integer Body Care does not bill insurance. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with their care.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health history information
• Inform your practitioner of any changes in your health status
• Communicate openly about your comfort level during sessions
• Follow any pre- or post-session recommendations provided
• Treat staff and other clients with respect

Assumption of Risk & Informed Consent

By participating in any service offered by Integer Body Care, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the services, their potential benefits and risks, and that you voluntarily consent to receive such services. You assume all risks associated with participation in wellness services and release Integer Body Care and its owner from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integer Body Care and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
